Product Update
From close of business on Thursday 13th August, we will be increasing rates across our Residential product range. The new Residential product guide reflecting these changes will be available from Friday 14th August.
Please note, to secure one of these products you must have confirmed all DIP data is correct on the first page of the Full Mortgage Application and have commenced to the next page. If this has not been done, then you will not have secured the product.
The deadline dates to secure these products are:
Decision in Principle Illustration produced AND the Mortgage Application commenced by 5pm Thursday 13th August.
Full Mortgage Application submitted by 5pm Monday 17th August.
