Mortgage Range Changes – Effective from 13th August 2026
Our updated mortgage range will be live on our website 9am, Thursday 13th August 2026.
Our current range will be removed 5pm, Wednesday 12th August 2026.
Mortgage range changes include:
Rate decreases
Residential
- 2, 3 & 5-year fixed 65% & 85% LTV products by up to 0.07%
- 2-year fixed 75% & 80% LTV products (with £895 product fee) by up to 0.04%
- 2 & 5-year fixed 75% LTV products by up to 0.13%
- 3-year fixed 75% LTV product by 0.12%
- 2-year fixed 80% LTV product (without product fee) by 0.05%
- 3 & 5-year fixed 80% LTV products by up to 0.07%
- 2, 3 & 5-year fixed 90% LTV products by up to 0.10%
- 5-year fixed 95% LTV product by 0.05%
The above changes also apply to our CIS 6 months and 1-year self-employed products.
