Product Update
We’ve made some changes to our Residential Large Loans range including:
- The addition of 3 year fixed rate options
- All products in the range offering a free valuation
- Rates up to 20bps lower than Select rates
- New fee options, either £1499 or £1999
The enhanced offering will be supported by our dedicated team of experienced senior underwriters and underpinned by their industry-leading standard of service.
We’ve also launched new Residential Core 70% LTV Special products. Here are some highlights:
- 70% LTV, 5 years, 5.95%, £999 fee
- 70% LTV, 2 years, 6.15%, £999 fee
