As of close of business Thursday 21st July we will be repricing our full range, full details will be available on Friday morning except for Flexi Fixed for Term which will not be available until Thursday 28th July.

Our Flexi Fixed for Term mortgage range has proved very much more popular than we had anticipated. As a result, and in order to maintain our LTI standards when we re-launch the product next week we will be limiting all borrowers to a maximum 4.49x LTI.
Please note, for applications from Northern Ireland, maximum LTV is 80% with £500k maximum loan size and no free legals apply.
