Product Updates

With effect from close of business on Monday 26th April 2021 we are withdrawing the following Buy to Let rates from our product offering:

  • 75% LTV 2 year fixed, 2.99% (1.5% fee).
  • 75% LTV 5 year fixed, 3.34% (1.75% fee).

To submit a case with these current rates, please note the submission deadlines below:

  • Decision in Principle Illustration produced and the FMA commenced by 5pm Monday, 26th April 2021.
  • Full Application – submitted by 5pm on Sunday, 2nd May 2021.
