We’re making some changes to our mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key product updates
- Buy to Let and Portfolio BTL 60% LTV products withdrawn
- Two year 75% LTV Help to Buy product withdrawn
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by 17:00 Friday 24th June

- 75% LTV fixed rates withdrawn across Buy to Let, Portfolio Buy to Let, Holiday Let, Small HMO and Large HMO
- New 60% LTV Large HMO fixed rates
