Our latest mortgage product launches and withdrawals update
On Friday 4th December we will be revising a number of rates across our Investment mortgages range. These changes affect new customers only.
Please remember, our old system has now been switched off so all new business cases need to be submitted through Mortgage Hub. If you haven’t already completed your set-up for Mortgage Hub, you can do so here.
New Business
- Selected Buy to Let and Portfolio Buy to Let fixed rates reduced by up to 0.15%.
- New Buy to Let, Portfolio Buy to Let, Holiday Let and Second Home fixed rates introduced.
Applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by 5pm on Thursday 3rd December – see our latest updates for details.
