Our latest mortgage product update
We’re making some changes to our existing customer mortgage range. These changes affect new rate switch applications and new additional borrowing applications only.
Key Product Updates – Rate Switch
- Selected Residential fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10%
- Residential & Interest Only end dates extended to July
- Selected Buy to Let fixed rates increased
- Selected Affordable Housing fixed rates reduced by 0.17%
- Selected Affordable Housing & Buy to Let end dates extended to July
If you are planning to change product on a submitted rate switch, ensure you provide 3 days’ notice before the cut off.
Key Product Updates – Additional Borrowing
- Selected Residential fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10%

Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by midnight on Wednesday 15 April 2026 – see our latest updates for details. You’ll be able to apply for any new products from the stated launch date.
NEW 6x LTI for FTBs, home movers and remortgagers
Helping you support more clients with their property goals.
We’ve boosted our Income Plus range — increasing LTI from 5.5x to 6x and opening it up to home movers and remortgagers, not just FTBs. With life changes and rising costs, clients need more flexibility. This expansion gives you more ways to help them at each stage.
Key criteria
- Up to 6 x LTI available for FTB, home movers and remortgages with a minimum household income of £75k
- Up to 5.5 x LTI available for home movers and remortgagers with a minimum household income of £50k and FTBs with a minimum household income of £30k
- Up to 95% LTV for FTBs
- Up to 90% LTV for home movers and remortgagers (LTV limits apply to remortgage dependent on capital raising purpose)
- Available for new build (subject to limits) and self-employed applicants
- Products are available on five-year fixed rate deals
