We’re re-entering the 95% LTV residential market
We’re pleased to tell you we’re resuming lending at 95% LTV (loan to value) for our residential mortgages and are launching a number of new products. These will be available from tomorrow, Tuesday 13th April.
More good news, we’re also increasing our maximum LTV for new build flats to 80% LTV and new build houses to 90% LTV tomorrow.
Please note that on Tuesday 13th April a number of residential rates will increase by 0.26% for new customers.
