Mortgage Product Updates
We’re making some changes to our Residential mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key product updates
Residential 2 year 75% LTV at 1.42% reduced to 1.38%.
Selected Residential 2 year 90% LTV products changed to 3 year terms.
Residential 5 year 95% fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10% and fee reduced
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by 5pm today, Thursday 20th May – see our latest updates for details.
