We’re making some changes to our mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
Key product updates
Selected Residential Two and Five year fixed-rates withdrawn, effective 17:00 Wednesday, 23rd February.
SVR updates
- New Lending: Effective 24/02/2022.
- Existing Customers: Effective 01/04/2022.
- Existing Customers: Effective 01/04/2022.
- Buy to Let Variable Rate will increase by 0.25% to 5.84%.
