On Friday 26th June, we will be revising a number of rates across our mortgage ranges. They affect new and existing customers.
New Business
- Selected Residential fixed rates reduced by up to 0.09%.
- Fixed end dates for Residential extended to October.
- End dates for Affordable Housing range extended until September with selected Help to Buy and Right to Buy rates reduced by up to 0.30%.
- Maximum LTV for Help to Buy increased to 85% (remortgage only).
- Maximum LTV for Shared Equity increased to 85%.
- Selected Residential fixed rates reduced by up to 0.20%.
- Fixed end dates for Residential extended to October.
