We’re repricing our Residential Mortgage range this week

you need to know about progressing your customers’ deals currently in the system. 

  • To keep your current products, all applications must be submitted AND signed by Wednesday 31st January at 5pm
  • If you do not submit a signed application by this time, you will be asked to select a new rate from our latest catalogue
  • Offer deadline will be 28 days after the submitted and signed application – February 28th at 5pm, after which you will need to select a new product
  • Our new catalogue will go live on Thursday 1st February at 9am.

To check the status of your live applications, please log in to the Mortgages Portal.
