Our rates are changing
We wanted to give you a heads up that our rates are changing as of 5pm on Tuesday 3rd October:
- The changes affect our retirement interest only and standard mortgage products
- We are increasing rates on our 5+5 year fixed and fixed for life products
- We are reducing our rates on our 2 and 5 year fixed products
- Please get your applications in by 5pm tomorrow, Tuesday 3rd October. Note the rate is only secured on an application (not a DIP).
