Our Rates Have Changed
We’ve updated our rates today, Thursday 25 April 2024.
What’s changing?
Retirement Interest Only (RIO), Lifetime Mortgage (Equity Release) and Standard rates have all been revised.
The reversionary rate margin has moved from 3.25% to 3.50%.
