Mansfield BS criteria update
We have had an update on our criteria around the Visas. Please note the below.
Applications acceptable from individuals who hold a skilled worker visa, subject to:
- Residential Mortgages only (not BTL)
- Max 80% LTV
- Evidence of 2 years Residency history should be obtained. This could be verified through address ID or VR and Insight history showing on the credit search
- Evidence of 2 years Employment history should be obtained. This could be established through P60’s, payslips, or employers’ references.
- Deposit is from applicants’ own resources (not gifted)
- Proof of occupation eligibility and employer sponsorship would be required
- Proof of visa status would be required to ensure occupation eligibility and employer sponsorship requirements had been satisfied.
