Effective Thursday 10th February 2022, the following new 85% LTV scheme transfer products will be launched:-

- STFX 129 (initial pay rate 2.55%) Fixed rate to 31 March 2027,85% LTV, 5 years ERCs
- STDR 120 (initial pay rate 2.39%) 3 Year Discounted Rate, 85% LTV, 3 years ERCs
