Help to Buy Product Withdrawals
Effective Friday 29th October 2021, the Society will withdraw the following Help to Buy products:-
Withdrawn Products
FIX 123 (initial pay rate 2.25%)
FIX 124 (initial pay rate 2.19%)
FIX 125 (initial pay rate 2.15%)
FIX 126 (initial pay rate 2.09%)
Outstanding applications will be given a deadline of close of business on Friday 29th October 2021 for submission.
