Rate change
From tomorrow, Wednesday 6 July, we’re increasing selected fixed rates by up to 0.30% for existing borrowers completing a Rate Switch or applying for Additional Borrowing.
Rates for customers remortgaging or buying are unchanged.

Remember, you can reserve a product without needing to submit a full mortgage application (FMA). You just need to submit a Decision in Principle (DIP), click on ‘Reserve Product’ and follow the prompts. For full details please see our ‘How to reserve a product’ webpage.
