Selected rate changes
From tomorrow, Wednesday 7 October, we’re increasing 2, 5 and 10 year
fixed and 2 year tracker rates at 85% and 90% LTV by up to 0.30% across our
House Purchase range.
Our 2, 5 and 10 year fixed and 2 year tracker rates at 85% LTV will also be increased
by up to 0.35% across our remortgage range.
Plus, we’re increasing selected 2, 3 and 5 year fixed and 2 year tracker rates up to
95% LTV across our switcher range by up to 0.55%.
