Selected 2 and 3 year fixed rate reductions
From tomorrow, Friday 17 September, we’re reducing selected rates across our First Time Buyer and Home Purchase ranges.
Plus, we’re making selected reductions to our Existing Customer Moving Home, Switcher and Further Advance ranges.
These changes have allowed us to offer under 3% interest on selected products with 95% LTV and under 2% interest for products with 90% LTV.
