Rate reductions
From tomorrow, Wednesday 24 January, we’re reducing selected fixed and tracker rates by up to 0.81%.
This includes rates across our New Business, Switcher, Additional Borrowing and Existing Customers Moving Home product ranges.
We will also be reintroducing products featuring a £1,499 fee with a minimum loan size of £300,000, giving you and your clients more choice.
Remember, you can secure one of these lower rates on cases that you’ve already submitted. For new business cases, you just need to use the ‘Amend case’ option in NFI Online. For switcher cases, please see the instructions on our website.
