Important information on our mortgage products
From today, Tuesday 23 January, we’ve made a number of changes across our mortgage range including rate reductions across all our Fixed Rate products.
Owner Occupier – all 2 and 5 Year Fixed Rate products now reduced:
Interest-Only
Buy to Let – all 2 and 5 Year Fixed Rate products now reduced:
2 Year Fixed Rates
5 Year Fixed Rates
Reductions to our Discounted Variable Rates
All of our Owner Occupier and Buy to Let discounted Variable Rate products have also been reduced by 0.30%.
Managed Mortgage Rates
Please note that our Managed Mortgage Rates are not changing at this time.
