NATWEST TO MAKE RATE CHANGES TO CORE AND GREEN RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE DEALS
Effective from the 4th November, NatWest will be making rate changes to our Core and Green residential mortgage range.
The summary of the rate changes are as follows:
New Business
Core Range – Residential
- 2 year fixed rate purchase – increases to selected 60%,70% & 75% LTV products
- 2 year fixed rate remortgage – increases to selected 60% LTV products
- 5 year fixed purchase & remortgage – increases to selected 60% LTV products
Green Mortgages – Residential
- 2 year fixed rate purchase – increases to selected 60% & 75% LTV products
- 2 year fixed rate remortgage – increases to selected 60% LTV products
- 5 year fixed rate purchase and remortgage – increase to selected 60% products
