NatWest to make rate changes to New and Existing Customer product ranges

Effective 11th November we are making the following changes to our New and Existing product ranges.

New Business

New

  • Buy to Let – Remortgage: 60% LTV 2 year deal, 1.53% and £1,495 product fee 

Rate Changes

  • Buy to Let – Purchase: Rate decreases of 10bps on selected 2 year deals
  • Buy to Let – Remortgage: Rate decreases of up to 10bps on selected 2 year deals
  • Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 5bps and 19bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals respectively
  • Shared Equity – Purchase: Rate increase of 15bps on 60% LTV 2 year deal
  • Help to Buy Shared Equity – Purchase: Rate increase of 15bps on 60% LTV 2 year deal
  • Green Purchase: Rate increases of up to 5bps and 12bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals respectively
  • Green Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 5bps and 20bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals respectively

Rate Changes and Cashback changes

  • Purchase: Rate increases of up to 16bps and 18bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals respectively, with a range of cashback increases
  • Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 10bps and 20bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals respectively, with a range of cashback increases
  • Green Purchase: Rate increase of 5bps on 75% LTV 2 year deal, with cashback increasing to £250

Withdrawals

  • Buy to Let – Remortgage: 75% LTV 2 year deal, 1.29% and £1,495 product fee

Existing Customer

Rate Changes

  • Switcher: Rate increases of up to 23bps and 22bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals respectively
  • Switcher – High value: Rate increases up to 12bps on selected 5 year deals
