Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Natwest Update

NatWest for Intermediaries has released a product update. For their latest products visit the product page on their website or the news section of their intermediary website.  A summary of the changes is below.  Contact us for more information. 

Effective from the 24th September, NatWest will be making rate changes across both our New and Existing Customer ranges.

For our new business products we will be re-introducing a selection of broker exclusive 2 and 5 year fee based purchase products. We have also made rate increases to our new business purchase products and switcher products respectively.

The summary of the rate changes are as follows:

New Business

A.       Core Range

•         Purchase: Rate increases of up to 35bps on selected 2 year deals and up to 25bps on selected 5 year deals

B.       Exclusives

•         Purchase – New Products: Launch of 2 & 5 year fee based purchase products      

Existing Customer

A.       Core Range

•         Switchers: Rate increases of up to 26bps on selected 2 year deals and up to 15bps on selected 5 year deals
