Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing our Buy to Let range. These products will go live on Thursday 2nd May
The key highlights are as follows:
- Fee assisted features on selected products to support those customers who require assistance with costs;
- 10% annual overpayments in addition to £499.99 regular monthly overpayment facility providing flexibility for those customers who are looking to overpay
The following products will be withdrawn COB Wednesday 1st May and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Friday 3rd May:
