Withdrawal of Mortgage Product

Please be advised that we will be withdrawing the following product from availability today:

2.30% Fixed Rate until 31.07.2024 (90% LTV) EFII126

The tranches for these products have been fully utilised, however new products will be announced shortly. No further ESIS will be permitted from close of play today and no further applications from close of play Tuesday 5th April.

Important Information – Refresh of Mortgage Product Range

Newcastle Intermediaries will be making a number of changes to our mortgage product portfolio with effect from Tuesday 5th April 2022. This includes a refresh of our 80%, 90% and 95% LTV, Deposit Unlock and our North East and LISA Exclusive products.

The product ranges include the following highlights;

  • Competitive range of 2 and 5 year products available;
  • 10% overpayment facilities across all products, which supports your clients who require the flexibility to make lump sum overpayments. This is in addition to the £499 regular monthly overpayments already permitted;

The existing product range will be therefore be withdrawn by close of business today, Monday 4th April, however any existing illustrations will be honoured until close of play Tuesday 5th April. Please be advised that this will be subject to tranche availability.

Newcastle Intermediaries Enhances Product Portfolio

Newcastle Intermediaries will be enhancing its mortgage portfolio with the introduction of a range of new mortgage deals to support your clients both onto the property ladder and  re-mortgaging their home.

The new deals will be available from Tuesday 5th April 2022 and offer the following key highlights:

  • Two Year Fixed Rate with no early repayment charges to assist those clients whose circumstances may change and therefore require some flexibility;
  • Ten Year Fixed Rate to assist your clients who may be planning ahead and looking for stability of payments in the longer term;
  • Three Year Fixed Rates available up to 95% allowing your clients to evaluate their options at a mid-point;
  • No product fees on selected products
  • Free standard valuation and £500 cashback on selected products
