Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are refreshing some of the products in our existing and new customer standard residential range. These products will go live on Wednesday 6th November.
The key highlights are as follows:
- Reductions in selected rates by up to 0.41%;
- Fee assisted features on selected products to support those customers who require assistance with costs;
- 10% annual overpayments in addition to £499.99 regular monthly overpayment facility providing flexibility for those customers who are looking to overpay
The following products will be withdrawn COB Tuesday 5th November and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Thursday 7th November:
