Important Information – Launch of New Mortgage Products
Newcastle Intermediaries will be launching a number of new mortgage products with effect from Friday 10th June 2022. This includes additional products within our 80% LTV, JMSP, Large Loan, Interest Only and Buy to Let ranges.
The product ranges include the following highlights;
- Choice of fee assisted products including a free standard valuation and £500 cashback on selected products;
- 10% overpayment facilities across our products, which supports your clients who require the flexibility to make lump sum overpayments. This is in addition to the £499 regular monthly overpayments already permitted;
