Important Information – Launch of LISA Exclusive Products
Newcastle Intermediaries will be launching a new range of exclusive products to support Lifetime ISA customers with effect from tomorrow Wednesday 16th February 2022.
The product range includes the following highlights;
- Highly competitive range of 2 and 5 year products available;
- 10% overpayment facilities across all products, which supports your clients who require the flexibility to make lump sum overpayments. This is in addition to the £499 regular monthly overpayments already permitted;
- Free standard valuation on properties up to £500k and £1000 Cashback;
Please be advised that these products are exclusively available to existing Newcastle Building Society Lifetime ISA customers. The customer must have an active LISA account with the Society at the point of application.
