Criteria Update
We’ve almost made it to Christmas!
At the end of last week we had a couple of policy enhancement:
- 95% LTV on new build houses (previously 90%)
- Interest only downsizing 60% LTV with part/part available to 80% LTV (previously 50% on standard proposition), minimum equity is £250k in London/South East & £150k in all other areas.
