Withdrawal of Mortgage Products
Please be advised that we are withdrawing the following products from availability close of play today.
- 2.95% Fixed Rate 60% LTV Two Year Re-mortgage EFII243
- 3.10% Fixed Rate 60% LTV Five Year Re-mortgage EFII244
- 3.08% Fixed Rate 80% LTV Two Year Re-mortgage EFII228
- 3.24% Fixed Rate 80% LTV Five Year Re-mortgage EFII225
- 3.26% Fixed Rate 80% LTV Five Year Fee Assisted EFII216
No further ESIS documents will be permitted from close of play today and no further applications Thursday 23rd June.
The tranches for these products have been fully utilised and replacement products will follow shortly.
Withdrawal of 95% products
Please be advised that we will be withdrawing the following products from availability today:
- 3.20% Fixed Rate 5 Year (95% LTV) EFII217
- 3.59% Fixed Rate 5 Year (95% LTV) EFII245
The tranches for these products have been fully utilised, however replacement products will be announced shortly. No further ESIS documents will be permitted from close of play today and no further applications from close of play tomorrow, Friday 24th June.
