Important Information – Mortgage Product Launch
Newcastle Building Society are pleased to announce we are launching new residential products. The products will go live tomorrow, Wednesday 24th January
The key highlights are as follows:
- Reduced rates as much as 0.40% across our retention product range supporting our existing customers at maturity and on SVR;
- Reduced rates across our 2 year 90% and 95% LTV products supporting, in particular, first time buyers;
- Free valuation and cashback available on selected products supporting customers who require assistance with costs
The following products will be withdrawn COB Tuesday 23rd January and no further applications will be permitted as of COB Thursday 25th January:
