Residential rate cuts up to 0.32%
We’re cutting Residential rates by up to 0.32% on Monday 29 June. This will benefit new lending and retention products, including across our specialist ranges such as Foreign National / Returning Expat, Life Happens and Retirement Interest Only.
The following ranges are affected:
- Residential new business and retention
- Retirement interest-only new business and retention
- Foreign National
- Life Happens Tier 1
- Life Happens Tier 2
