Product Withdrawal Notice
We are writing to advise you that we are making changes to our Residential product range and these changes will be implemented from: Midnight on Monday 30th January
The product withdrawal is as part of recent changes to Pepper Money’s Residential range to ensure we provide our customers with a fair and varied choice of specialised mortgage products.
To secure one of our existing products, please ensure you have submitted your Decision in Principle to “DIP Illustration Produced” status with your chosen product selected by:
5pm on Monday 30th January
Full Mortgage Applications for this withdrawn range must be submitted with fees paid by:5pm on Friday 3rd February
We regret that we will not be able to honour any cases that miss these deadlines.

We’ve made some changes to our Residential range by introducing Retention Remortgage products and we have reduced rates to our Pepper 36 Residential product.
Our new range is the perfect opportunity to contact your existing Pepper customers and discuss our Retention Remortgage product.
Your customers could benefit from our latest offering as this product features No application fee, No completion fee, and offers Free standard legals. Qualifying remortgage cases will also benefit from an AVM, increasing efficiency and speed of processing.
For customers new to Pepper Money, we have listened to your feedback and are now offering £350 legal fee assisted cashback on remortgages, replacing our free legals products.
