The new Consumer Duty Regulation emphasises the importance of Lenders and Distributors working together and sharing information, in order to perform their own roles effectively and deliver good outcomes for customers.
As part of enhancing this working relationship, as a product manufacturer, Pepper Money need to ensure that our distributors have a clear understanding of the target market and the way our products operate. We also need to monitor that our products are delivering good consumer outcomes.
