Here is the latest update from Pepper Money. You can access Pepper Money products through our direct to lender mortgage club and get the benefits of payment on completion. You can also use our Fees Free Mortgage Packager.
Case Tracker Emails & Task List
In a bid to assist you when processing Pepper applications we have made a change to the automated case tracker emails and the task list section in SWAN.
From today, as well as updating you as to what has changed on your application, we have added a section which will give you the expiry dates of some of the main items we require. These items are:
- Credit search
- Payslips
- Secured settlement figures
- Valuation
Also, you will see this information in the task list section of SWAN under a new expiry date tab. The tab will also have a RAG status against each item.
Green – > 7 days till expiry
Amber – < 7 days till expiry
Red – item has expired

As items move to amber and red a visual counter will appear at the top of the tab as well
