Mortgage Strategy Awards 2024

Voting is coming to a close at the Mortgage Strategy Awards 2024, and we’d be grateful if you’d vote for us!

Why vote for Pepper?

As well as our excellent service, we recently enhanced 13 of our criteria to make it easier and more efficient for our broker partners to work with us. Here’s a highlight of some of the key changes we’ve made:

  • Self-Employed

We now accept two years’ trading history for applications on Prime and XLTV ranges. One year remains acceptable on Plus. Additionally, we’ll now use the latest year’s income across all product ranges.

  • Married Sole Applicants

We now accept sole applications for married or co-habiting couples where the spouse or partner isn’t on the mortgage or land registry provided a Consent Deed is completed by the non-applicant.

  • Proof of Residency

We now only require proof of residency at the property for the current year. Plus, online statements are now acceptable.
