Great news, we’re reducing rates tomorrow.

That’s why we’re pleased to announce rate reductions across our range, including our Prime and Plus fixed and discounted products, to help more of your customers raise the funds they need to achieve their financial goals.
And with a significant increase in customers looking to consolidate their unsecured debts, these reductions will help them more effectively manage their monthly budgets and help you grow your volumes.
The new rates will be available in SWAN from Tuesday 26th September. Pipeline cases will be unaffected. We will continue to offer market-leading service with updates provided on new cases within 2-hours and additional documents responded to within 1-hour, so you can give your customers a better rate and quicker outcomes.
Product Withdrawal Notice
We are writing to advise you that we’re making changes across all our product ranges and these changes will be implemented:
Overnight on Wednesday 27th September
To secure one of our existing products, please submit your Decision in Principle to “DIP Illustration Produced” status with your chosen product selected by:
5pm on Wednesday 27th September
Full Mortgage Applications for this withdrawn range must be submitted with fees paid by:
5pm on Monday 2nd October
As we’re so keen to offer you our improved range as quickly as possible, we’ve been unable to give our usual 48hrs’ notice for this withdrawal.
We’re confident that the replacement products are a positive change, offering better pricing for your customers. Where rates are due to increase, we will always strive to give a minimum of 48hrs notice.
