Second charge lending withdrawal
We’re temporarily withdrawing our second charge lending products. This will help us to effectively manage increased business volumes and continue to reduce turnaround times. We have no immediate plans to launch replacement products.
To secure a product from our current range, you must fully submit your applications before 8pm Friday 5 August 2022.
Fully packaged cases must be submitted no later than Friday 30 September 2022.
Buy to let product withdrawals
We’re withdrawing our current range of 75% LTV buy to let mortgage products on Thursday 4 August 2022.
To secure a 75% LTV product from our current buy to let range you must fully submit your applications before 8pm Wednesday 3 August 2022.
Our 70% and 80% LTV products and our recently enhanced refurbishment buy to let range will remain unchanged.
