Principality Announcement
As of Friday 3rd July 2020 we are making some changes to our residential and buy to let product transfer mortgage range. Please see details below:
Residential mortgage product transfer changes
The following products are being reduced:
- all fixed rate products across the 65% and 75% LTV ranges will be reducing by 0.05%
- all discount rate products across the 65% and 75% LTV ranges will be reducing by 0.10%
The following products are being increased:
- all products across the 85% and 95% LTV ranges will be increasing by up to 0.20%
The following products are being reintroduced:
- all products in the 90% LTV range
Buy to Let mortgage product transfer changes
The following products are being reduced:
- all fixed rate and discount rate products in the 60% LTV range will be decreasing by 0.05%
The range will hold October end dates.
All previous product codes will be removed from sale on Thursday 2nd July at 8:00pm.
