Update Overview

A fairly quiet week this week compared to the last couple of months.  This week brings us some new launches such as Interbay’s new semi commercial product range, Principality’s Help to Buy – Wales product and Melton’s regional higher LTV product launch.  We are continuing to see lenders increase, withdraw and amend rates and criteria in order to maintain service standards.

Virgin RESI CHANGES - Increases & reductions to various products across range. Launch of new exclusive 65% LTV 5 yr fixed
