This week brings more good news as further 95% LTV products are brought to market along with many lenders announcing the  launch of their 95% LTV Mortgage Guarantee Scheme products. The Mortgage Lender has launched their Exclusive Lumi range for BTL products which are available via Brilliant Solutions mortgage club (see our exclusive page for more information).
