PROGRESSIVE NEW AND IMPROVED RATES WEF 28TH NOVEMBER 2023
The Society has revised mortgage package from 28th November 2023.
You will note the changes are as follows:
- Selected fixed rates for re-mortgage improved
- Variable and fixed rates for renovation re-mortgage improved
- Northern Ireland Co-Ownership scheme variable and fixed rates improved
- Fixed rates for foreign currency house purchase amended
- Selected fixed rates for foreign currency re-mortgage improved

Please note that only products detailed below will be available from 28th November 2023.
