Progressive Rate Change
Please find attached our revised mortgage package which will take effect from 16th March 2023.
You will note the changes are as follows:
- All fixed rate products for house purchase improved
- All fixed rate products for remortgage improved
- Renovation Remortgage fixed rate product improved
- All fixed rate products for product switch improved
- Introduction of online exclusive products for House Purchase (75%), Remortgage (60%) and Self Build (60%)
The Society has introduced a range of new online exclusive products – these are only available for applications submitted through the Society’s online application platform. Please note, the corresponding products at the same LTV brackets are therefore not available online. The online exclusives will not feature in Quickquote (as these products will not be offered for direct applications).
Online Exclusive Products
We are delighted to introduce a range of products which will only be available where an application is submitted via the Online Portal. These rates will not be available on paper applications.
The Exclusive Products are:
- House Purchase up to 75% LTV with no fee – 2 Year Fixed at 4.65%
- Re-Mortgage up to 60% LTV with no fee – 2 Year Fixed at 4.58%
- Self-Build – up to 60% LTV £995 fee – 3 Year Discounted Variable rate of 5.75%
Please note that these rates will not be available on foreign currency applications.
