New Mortgage Package
Please find attached the Society’s revised mortgage package wef 20th November 2023.
Please note these take a couple of days to show on sourcing but will be available from Monday on the intermediary portal
You will note the changes are to the First Time Buyer products for house purchase – they are as follows:
- 2 Year Variable Discount (First Time Buyer) – 90% – reducing from 5.69% to 5.59%
- 2 Year Fixed Rate (First Time Buyer)(with fee) – 90% – reducing from 5.65% to 5.49%
- 2 Year Fixed Rate (First Time Buyer)(no fee) – 90% – reducing from 5.95% to 5.79%
The changes to the mortgage package are identified in red in the attached document.
