Quantum Mortgages Drops 5 Year Fixed Rates
We often speak about Quantum Mortgages being a securitisation lender who receives its funding from the capital markets. All lenders of this nature must provide to said funder a return on its investment, usually around the 3% mark so therefore our rates should reflect that and be SWAPs + 3%. With swap rates at 4.108% this morning, our rates should start at 7.108% – but they don’t !!
We have chosen not to increase our arrangement fees; these are maintained and begin at 1.95%
Our specialist range now becomes very attractive at 6.69% at 70% LTV with a 1.95% fee, I am sure you will agree !!
