On Friday (24th March), we will be increasing our Standard Variable Rate from 7.49% to 7.99%.
We will be withdrawing the following products at 5pm tomorrow (22 March).
This is temporary measure and we hope to relaunch products shortly.
To secure any of the products below, we require a full mortgage application to be submitted with all fees paid by 5pm on Wednesday 22 March 2023.
We will notify you once these products are relaunched in the coming weeks, in the meantime, please visit our website for details of our on-sale product range.
Our SVR is increasing
We are increasing our standard variable rate (SVR) to 7.99%, with this change taking effect on 24 March 2023.
Cases at or beyond FMA submitted with fees paid by 5pm Thursday 23 March, will have their affordability assessed using our current SVR (7.49%).
