Rate increases and other changes across our new business range

On Friday 4 March, we’re making several changes across the new business range:

  • Re-introducing residential 60% LTV fixed rates.
  • Some 2 and 5 year fixed rate products will be matched at 60%, 75% and 85% LTV
  • Removing the £250 cashback from the majority of our residential purchase products (will become Homebuyer Free Valuation only)
  • All residential fixed rate remortgage products with no product fee are being temporarily withdrawn
  • Rate increases on selected products across the residential and Buy to Let ranges
  • LTV on Large Loan products is being reduced to 70%

New 60% LTV rates

  • 60% LTV, 2 year fixed rate, 2.04%, £999 fee, purchase and remortgage
  • 60% LTV, 5 year fixed rate, 2.04%, £999 fee, purchase and remortgage

Remortgage changes

  • 75% LTV, 2 year fixed rate, 2.09%, £999 fee, remortgage – increased by 0.15%
  • 85% LTV, 2 year fixed rate, 2.14%, £999 fee, remortgage – increased by 0.15%
  • 75% LTV, 5 year fixed rate, 2.09%, £999 fee, remortgage – increased by 0.10%
  • 85% LTV, 5 year fixed rate, 2.14%, £999 fee, remortgage – increased by 0.10%
